You can queue as many requests as you like. The number worked on at once is your plan’s workstream count: one, three or unlimited. Every incumbent caps at one or two.

Any time. Upgrades apply the same day and are charged pro rata. Downgrades apply from your next billing date. If your usage regularly needs more workstreams than your plan allows, your lead will tell you before it affects delivery times.

No. Monthly plans run month to month. Quarterly and annual billing exist only to give you a discount, and both carry the same pause rights.
You do. Final logos are redrawn by a person so the mark has human authorship and can be registered. Websites are delivered as source in your own accounts. Our terms assign all deliverables to you on delivery.
Yes. SixPM is a UK company; fees are quoted excluding VAT at 20%. VAT-registered businesses can reclaim it as usual.
